 The speech comes from Charlie Chaplin's film The Great Dictator (1940) and it is a zinger indeed, it's already done the rounds on the internet many times, and it was always the plan to use it as one of our Words of Wisdom series, you can find the full film on the internet and youtube etc, it's well old and the copyright on it is dubious.
